Paula Usero García (Valencia, 22 de octubre) es una actriz española de teatro, cine y televisión. Conocida principalmente por interpretar a Luisita Gómez en la serie Amar es para siempre.

Paula started her career at the age of 7 when she began to be the image of the doll brand "Famosa". She also participates in other campaigns, such as Arroz la Fallera and stars in fashion shows for the Sabelma or Zenobia brands. During her childhood she studied at the Actor's School.

However, when she finished high school she began to study Political Science at the University of Valencia. During those months she made short films with friends who were studying audiovisual communication, who suggested that she should dedicate herself seriously to acting.

In 2012 she entered the Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático (ESAD) in Valencia where she studied the Degree in Textual Interpretation. She was also trained through different courses such as characterization by Carlos Marco, Shakespeare's free verse in contemporary context with Chimo Flores, stage fencing by Maestro Vicente Safont or Movement and acrobatics techniques by Luis Meliá.

In 2015, when she was in the third year of her career, she participated in her first feature film: El olivo by Icíar Bollaín. In this film she worked with great actors and actresses such as Anna Castillo or Javier Gutiérrez.

She moved to Madrid in 2016 after finishing her degree at ESAD. That same year she recorded the short film: "Filter", 3 in which she plays the role of Sofía, Pablo's girlfriend. He finds himself facing the most difficult test he has ever encountered: balancing love, life and death.

In 2017, she starred in the short film "Irene's Love", made by "Moebius Films" (Fundación Síndrome de Möbius), which wins the award for the best short film shown for disability.

In that same year, she worked in the TV series "Velvet Colección" in the role of Inés, a girl who arrives from Germany with her fiancé Manolito (Ignacio Montes). She will be the right hand of Raúl de la Riva (Asier Etxeandia).

At the end of the same year, she starts working in the 6th season of "Amar es para siempre", in the role of Luisita Gómez, daughter of Manolita and Marcelino, who run a bar in the Plaza de los Frutos.

During 2018 she appeared in an episode in "Paquita Salas", in the role of Charlotte García, former secretary of PS Management.

At the same time, she continues working on "Amar es para siempre", in season 7, in which she will take a leading role thanks to the romantic plots with Amelia (Carol Rovira). The relationship between the two is based on a love story between two women during the year of 1976, together they form the fictional couple known as "Luimelia"

As a result of this plot, Paula begins to be a reference in the LGBT world after her activist shows in favor of visibility and freedom.

In 2019 the series "Just before Christ" premieres, where Paula appears in episode 3, in the role of Rosaura.

In May 2019, she participated in Nylon Spain's "Generación Nylon" campaign along with other referents such as Mary Ruíz, Belinda Washington, María Valero and Bely Basarte.

On March 31, 2019, together with her partner in fiction Carol Rovira, she is awarded the Andalesgai 2019 award for visibility.

In a symbolic way, she is also the most voted actress through the website teveoylescuento.com, in the category of "Best young Spanish actress most loved by her fans" with 51,282 votes out of a total of 51,793.

In August 2019 she is filming the eighth season of "Amar es para siempre" and the feature film directed by Icíar Bollaín "Rosa's wedding" (La Boda De Rosa). The film premiered at the Malaga Film Festival last August 2020. Today it has the award for Best Production Direction and Best Direction by the Academia Valenciana de L'Audio visual. Nominated for the Gaudí Awards. 9 Nominations for the Feroz 2021 awards, where Paula gets the nomination for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Lidia. It also has 18 nominations for the Goya 2021 awards, having Paula among the nominees for Best New Actress. The winner of these nominations will be known in March 2021.
